Have questions?
We have answers…
-
Where are you located?
We are a food truck located on the patio of Cellarest Beer Project.
-
When are you open?
Saturday & Sunday
2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Any changes to our hours can be found on google.
-
Do you take reservations?
No.
All seating (both inside & out) is first come first serve.
-
Do you have any beverages?
We do not sell any beverages, but our lovely friends at Cellarest have a great selection of gluten reduced beer, wine, cider & other non-alcoholic beverages available.
See their menu here.
-
Do you offer take away or online orders?
We do offer take away. But be sure to let us know when you order!
We do not offer online or call in orders at this time.
-
Are you vegan & gluten free friendly?
Yes.
We do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions & allergies.
But please note that being a small food truck does limit our abilities from time to time. So if there are ever any other questions you need answered, please feel free to email us or reach out on social media for answers.
-
How often do you change your menu?
We change our menu every 2 weeks based on local availability & what we are excited about at the moment.
This means that some dishes may only be available at certain times of the year.
We update the menu (with the dates) here on our website as well as posts on our social media pages.
-
Do you ever make Pad Thai?
No, but you can buy our Pad Thai Bars at both Cellarest Beer Project & Ginger’s Revenge.
-
Do you vend at other locations?
Nope.
We love our little spot on the patio of Cellarest & have enjoyed becoming a part of the WAVL neighborhood!
-
Is everything you make spicy?
In short, no.
Often times spicy sauces are packaged on the side & the amount of chilies used in our dishes can be adjusted to order. That being said, certain dishes are inherently spicy & can’t be adjusted.
Please let us know upon ordering if you are sensitive to spicy food.
-
Do you have a kids menu?
No, but since we make everything to order we often have a limited amount of ingredients that allow us to make “kid friendly” dishes.
